These terms cover use of Morenos Analytics (askyourdata.xyz) by clinic staff. If you create an account or sign in, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Who may use this site

This tool is for authorized staff of the clinic that operates it. It is not open to the public, patients, brokers, or other clinics. Do not create an account unless someone at the clinic asked you to.

Protect clinic information

Do not scrape this site. Do not copy claims, roster, or other PHI out of the tool to share it off-site unless the clinic has directed you to do that work. Do not share your password. Sign out on shared computers.

What the numbers mean

Charts and tables come from payer files the clinic uploads. Files can be late, partial, or mismatched across plans. Treat the desk as operational analytics, not as the complete clinical record and not as the payer's system of record.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for the patient chart or the treating clinician's judgment.

Accounts

The clinic can disable an account at any time — for example when someone leaves, when access is no longer needed, or if these terms are broken. We may also suspend an account to protect the tool or clinic data.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without a fight over which state's laws apply. Florida is where this clinic operates.

Limits of liability

This is an internal clinic tool. It is provided as-is for the clinic's own operations. We do not warrant that every figure is complete or current. We are not liable for clinical decisions, missed follow-up, or business results that come from using or not using the desk. To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for a claim about the site is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the tool in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

This page does not make this product HIPAA certified, HITRUST certified, or SOC 2 certified. A Business Associate Agreement is a separate contract. Agreeing to these terms does not create one.
